Ingredients

  • ½
    cup (1 stick) butter
  • ½
    cup milk
  • 1
    cup granulated sugar
  • ½
    cup light brown sugar
  • ½
    cup peanut butter
  • 2 ½
    cups old fashioned oats
  • 1
    cup mini-pretzels
  • ½
    tsp sea salt
  • 1 ½
    cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions

  • 1 In a saucepan over medium heat, whisk to combine butter, milk, and sugar until smooth and melted. Allow to cool.
  • 2 In a large bowl, combine oats, pretzels, and salt. Pour cooled peanut butter mixture over and stir to combine. Fold in ½ cup chocolate chips.
  • 3 Drop spoonfuls of batter onto parchment paper. Allow to cool until hardened, about 15 minutes.
  • 4 Melt remaining chocolate chips in a bowl in the microwave at 30-second intervals, stirring in-between, until melted. Pour into a Ziploc® brand bag.
  • 5 With scissors, snip off one corner and use as a piping bag to drizzle melted chocolate over each cookie. Serve.
