Gallon size Ziploc® brand bag
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease cookie sheets.
In a medium bowl, combine ½ cup confectioners' sugar and butter - cream until smooth. Stir in vanilla.
In a separate bowl, combine flour, salt, and ½ teaspoon of cinnamon.
Once blended, pour dry mixture into creamed mixture. Stir until dough is stiff.
Shape dough into 1 inch balls.
In a gallon size Ziploc® brand bag, mix together 1 cup powdered sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon. Shake cookies in mixture.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes on greased cookie sheet, or until nicely browned.
After cookies have cooled for about 5 minutes, give them one last shake.
