Pumpkin Pie Shakes

Pie is delicious, but the bottom crust of pumpkin pie can get soggy after a few days. Don’t let it go to waste—try this shake recipe for an unusually delicious twist on a classic holiday dessert!


  • 3
    slices of pumpkin pie (about 3” wide)
  • 6
    cups vanilla ice cream
  • ¾
    cup milk
    Whipped cream
    Pie crumbs (optional)


  • 1 Place all ingredients in a blender and turn on the highest speed until fully incorporated. Depending on your blender, you may need to add more milk.
  • 2 Pour into chilled glasses, and top with whipped cream. Sprinkle pie crust over the top of the whipped cream if you like.
