Triple Berry Smoothie

Any way you spin it, smoothies are fantastic for getting calories and nutrition. They’re a great balance of carbs, protein and good fats. Don’t limit smoothies to mornings—they’re great for a sweet afternoon or evening snack. Try this Triple Berry Smoothie—it’ll make several yummy small meals.


  • 2 ½ 

    cups fat-free vanilla yogurt, fat-free milk or soy milk

  • cup blueberries, rinsed, drained and picked over for stems

  • ½ 
    cup blackberries, rinsed and drained
  • ½ 
    cup raspberries, rinsed and drained

  • tbsp ground flax seed


  • 1  Put ingredients into blender, blend and enjoy!
