Ingredients

  • cup apple cider vinegar

  • ¼

cup neutral oil, such as grapeseed or canola

  • 3

    tbsp honey

  • 1

    tbsp poppy seeds

  • 1

    tsp dijon mustard

  •

    Pinch salt and pepper

  • 4

    cups red cabbage, shredded

  • 4

    cups green cabbage, shredded

  • 2
Granny Smith apples, cored and sliced into sticks

Directions

  • 1 In a gallon size Ziploc® brand bag, combine apple cider vinegar, oil, honey, poppy seeds, mustard, salt, and pepper. Seal the bag and shake until combined.
  • 2 When ready to serve, add cabbage and apples. Seal and shake again until the dressing fully coats the cabbage. Use the easy open tabs to pour into a bowl and serve.

Tip

If you’re prepping in advance, toss apples in 2 tablespoons of lemon juice to prevent browning. Store in a Gallon size Ziploc® brand bag with the shredded cabbage. Store poppyseed dressing separately in another Ziploc® brand bag. Keep in a refrigerator up to 1 day. When it’s time to go, pour all ingredients into the bag with the dressing, seal, and shake. Pour in a bowl and serve.
