Mini Pear Pies

Serves 3-4
Me-oh-my, do we love mini pear pies. Especially when they’re heavy in nutrient-rich pears, with just enough yummy pie crust to cure our pie craving. Drizzle on some honey and lemon juice and you’re in fruit dessert heaven.

Ingredients

    large pears, ripe

  •   

    Drizzle of honey

  •   

    Lemon juice

  •   

    Puff pastry dough

Directions

    Peel pears, cut in half and cover outside of each pear in puff pastry dough.

    Drizzle honey and lemon juice on face of pear.

    Bake face up for 20 minutes at 400° or until crust is golden brown.
