Peanut Butter Chocolate Brownie FroYo Cake

A classic flavor combo, PB+C has few detractors, and certainly won’t lose any fans when you make this dreamy (but not technically ice creamy) frozen yogurt cake. Want to switch up the frozen yogurt flavors? Go for it! Once you get the technique down, this no-bake cake is 100% customizable.

Ingredients

    Peanut butter chocolate frozen yogurt, softened
  •   
    Vanilla frozen yogurt, softened
  •   
    Chocolate cookies, crushed in Ziploc® brand bag
  • 1
    brownie, cut or torn into bite-sized chunks
  •   
    Large rectangle Ziploc® container

Directions

  • 1 Line the container with parchment paper; make sure the parchment overlaps the sides to make removal easy.
  • 2 Add softened peanut butter chocolate frozen yogurt to container, smooth top. Freeze for at least 1 hour.
  • 3 Add brownie pieces and chocolate cookie crumbs.
  • 4 Add softened vanilla frozen yogurt and smooth top. Freeze for at least another hour or until ready to serve.
  • 5 To remove cake from container, run hot water along the outside of the container until the parchment lifts easily. Turn over onto cake. Top with any remaining brownie and cookie crumbs.
