Breakfast-Ready Banana Blueberry Smoothie
Half of this speedy, delicious, protein-packed breakfast is made in the freezer. Yup. Instead of needing ice, this smoothie uses frozen banana and blueberries—frozen fruit makes ice in other smoothie recipes unnecessary, and the smoothie even creamier. Just tuck sliced banana and blueberries in a Ziploc® brand freezer bag and into the freezer until you need them. Then pop open the bag (thanks to easy open tabs), plop a frozen portion into the blender, add the rest of your ingredients and give them a whirl until breakfast is thick and ready to pour.
