Ravioli lasagna

Lazy lasagna made with ravioli and ricotta, for one

Imagine you’re hungry, in a hurry, and have some Ziploc® Endurables Small Container filled with last night’s leftover ravioli. Now you have an Easy Ravioli Lasagna for one! Simply reheat in the oven or microwave and enjoy. It's perfect for a busy weekday dinner or a quick midday meal.


  • 1
    cup refrigerated ravioli (about 5 or 6 pieces)
  • ¾
    cup marinara sauce
  • 2
    tbsp water
  • ¼
    tsp dried basil
  • tsp dried oregano
  • cup part-skim ricotta cheese
  • 2
    tbsp shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1
    tbsp grated parmesan cheese

    Heat oven to 375°F.

    Combine ravioli, marinara sauce, water and seasonings in a Ziploc® Endurables Small Container, stirring to coat ravioli with sauce. With zipper open, place on microwave-safe dish and microwave on HIGH 1 min. or until sauce boils.

    Drop small dollops of ricotta cheese over ravioli. Sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses. Place on baking sheet.

    Bake with zipper open 20 min. or until ravioli is tender. Remove from oven; let stand 5 min. Use Cool Grab Tabs to carefully remove the Endurables Container from the baking sheet to serve.


If using thick marinara sauce, increase water to 3 Tbsp.
You can substitute 1 cup refrigerated tortellini for the ravioli.
